Celeste Durve is a successful entrepreneur and the founder of a nightclub brand. In a recent interview, she shared insights into her journey as a founder and the challenges of building a brand in the nightlife industry.
While interning at a toxic promotions company, Durve and her partner, Kelsi Kitchener, saw a need in the nightlife industry: Better management of the VIP experience at clubs.
They brought the idea to their boss, in the hopes they'd accept it and they could start working on the new project. She laughed at them and told them it was the worst idea that she ever heard! Well Durve and Kitchener went ahead anyway and started Viper Productions.
Fast forward to now, and they have a successful company, VIPER Productions, operating in many different areas. They also made the Forbes 30 Under 30 List this year.
